The sewage which are produced by the Process of synthetic ammonia system in Hubei sanning Chemical Industry CO.Ltd.of the nitrogenous fertilizer plant contain a variety of toxic and harmful substances,which has complex components,such as sulfide,cyanide,ammonia nitrogen and so on.Each component in this sewage also has higher levels.In a conventional biochemistry processing system,the activity,growth and reproduction of the microorganism are affected by the accumulation of the poisonous and harmful substances,which will increase the burden of the end of the sewage treatment station.Thus its stable operation is affected as well as the wastewater discharging standard.In this wastewater treatment process,some strong measures are taken to deal with the toxic and hazardous substances produced in gas and desulfurization circulating water system.First,some pretreatment ways,such as desulfurization,removal of cyanide and phenol,subsidence are applied to reduce the concentration of sulphide,cyanide and other hazardous substances in waste water.Then,ammonia stripping tower is taken in use to remove most gaseous nitrogen under the condition of high pH and temperature.Furthermore,the outer sewage of ammonia wastewater are easy to handle,in which the COD is a short-chain organic compounds(mainly are methanol)and the ammonia is mainly ammonia.In consideration of the economic benefit,the pretreatment combined with hydrolytic acidification A/O process are apply in the sewage of ammonia to remove the organic matter,ammonia nitrogen,TN and so on.The outer sewage of COD,fluorides,sulfides,fluorides,phenol,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia,SS and other pollutants has been effectively controlled and managed after the completion of the sewage treatment plant.Solving the problem of small amount of water,biorefractory sewage containing phenols,sulfur and cyanide waste water in Coal gas and desulfurization section of batch fixed bed type.The A /O/O/O secondary settling tanks is designed.The second O pool can be used as a pool in case of a higher total nitrogen in sewage.The technology is characterized by the A pool,which is large enough accounting for one-third of the biochemical pool.Achieving the goal of flexible adjustment and removing the total nitrogen better.The tanks solve the 250T/h waste water from each section of the nitrogen fertilizer plant into terminal biochemical treatment.On the condition of COD in the biochemical system of inflow less than 300mg/L,Ensuring that biochemical systems of the inflow have biodegradability and stable operation Sewage system.After Treatment by the system,the outer drainage ammonia does not exceed 15mg/L,COD does not exceed 50 mg/L.the quality of the outer drainage water can't meet the draining standard.Ultimately,achieving the obvious economic benefits.The goal of tons of water nitrogen sewage treatment costs no more than 2.45 yuan can be realized.This sewage system treatment technology uphold the concept of sustainable development.High ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology is applied toimplement environmental management objectives efficiency,energy saving and consumption reducing,avoiding secondary pollution.
