This research built up a set of evaluation indicator system for recycle economy which includes target layer, system layer and indicator layer and determined various targets weight through AHP in the tire industry recycle economic evaluation target system. It took the case by our country tire industry present situation and carried on the appraisal to our country tire industry circulation economical level. In the end the main problems of recycle economy development in tire profession have been analyzed. Suggestions of how to improve the development level of recycle economy have been brought out.
