A kind of secure supervision system for small mine is introduced in this thesis, which is based on single chip microcontroller(SCM). Leading functions of the system include data acquisition of environmental and mechanical parameters, display, control, alarm when the parameter exceeds initialization and remote data communication, and computer completes data analysis. After using this system, jockey can send out orders timely and reasonably in control center and distance. This system is composed of subsystems of signal acquisition, data communication and central supervision. The thesis mainly introduces design of each module's hardware circuit and software program adopted modularization thinking. Subsystems of signal acquisition include data acquisition, display, control and communication; Acquisition of simulation parameters can adapt to sensors that put out frequency, voltage and current signal, and acquisition module have themselves temperature sensor and 6 channels of switch acquisition; Data transmission has two ways: CAN bus and Modem bus; In acquiring frequency simulation parameters, signal acquisition module uses voltage comparator, and comparison voltage can change by the voltage of sensor output, which improves range of extent and ability of anti-interference of acquisition module. Subsystems of data communication completes data acquisition, gather and transmission; and data transmission can use CAN bus or Modem bus; System adopts starriness patter, and a computer can connect some subsystems of signal acquisition, and a subsystem of signal acquisition can connect different type sensors. The system can be fitted in bad circumstance of mine, and it has advantage of extending, debugging, fixing, maintenance and current. Result of practical operation manifests the system can achieve demand of design and has good real-time capability, and it satisfies requirement of pint-size mine and brings much convenience for dispatch work of mine. A digging can be detection by long-distance acquisition of computer, and it offers a kind of methodology of remote supervision system.
