At present,with the development and improvement of the industrial Internet,the demand for real-time,reliability and professional solutions for industrial data collection is increasing,and the industrial data collection market has great potential.However,domestic industrial data acquisition technology products and solutions are still in their infancy,so the design of data acquisition systems is a very important research topic in the process of collecting steel pipe industry data.This thesis adopts C# assembly language combined with database technology for development,and designs and implements L2 grade steel tube hot rolling data acquisition system based on C/S architecture.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Database design: A database of data acquisition systems was designed for the needs of steel pipe plants.(2)Message communication management: Communication with the MES system is realized through the message communication middleware and the message processing program.It is mainly responsible for receiving the production plan issued by the MES and uploading the production performance and process data to the MES.(3)Rolling plan management: The management of the production plan issued by the MES is realized,and the production plan is put into operation,so that it enters the steel pipe hot rolling waiting queue.(4)Production management: The production monitoring of each process of hot-rolled steel pipe production is realized,and the generated actual performance information is managed.(5)Material tracking: The production plan is classified according to the rolling batch number,and the production process is tracked in units of “support”.(6)Process data collection: automatic acquisition of production process data is realized,and the collected data is bound to each material.(7)Auxiliary management: The management of material information and tooling information in the production process is realized.
