The Research And Manufacture Of Automatic Oil Delivery System In Tank Farm

The tank farm is professional warehouse that stores and supplies the oil product, and is the tie that coordinates the crude oil processing and the oil transportion and supplying. The automatic degree of the oil delivery system in tank farm is one of the main signs of the modernized level of tank farm. The operation modes of oil delivery system are different in our country, the level are different too, among them existing manual oil delivery operation and operation modes that are manual accounting On one hand the automatic degree is not high in these systems, which does damage to the economic benefits of the tank farm; On the other hand, it is unfavorable to find out the real-time running situation of the fields in time and to improve the level of enterprise's standardized management. With the development of the petroleum industry and the aggravation of the international market competition, the automatic competence of existing oil delivery system is unable to meet what production needs. It is obvious that improving automatic level of oil delivery in the tank farm is urgent in the development of industry of petroleum. This paper analyses the oil operation development state of the domestic and international tank farms and the existing problems of oil delivery system in the domestic tank farm. From the point of view of design, combining with technology of PLC, IC card, database and configuration software, it developes the oil delivery system of medium and small-sized tank farm. The system adopts superior –inferior control mode. The superiory control system adopts common PC & configuration software and the inferior control system adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC.Superior computer and inferior controller play their own advantages thoroughly, which has achieves the whole monitor and control process of the oil delivery operation in tank farm. In the control software design, the paper developed the programe of oil delivery system adopting STEP7-MicroWIN32. On the basis of analysing characteristic of the multi-functional digital electro-hydraulic valve, the conrol system achieves the opening and closing multistage control process and solves the problem of efficiency enhancing and protection against water-impact with adopting digit pulse adjusting flow. On the basis of studying the accuracy control, it designes the algorithm of initial lead and designs the control system program. The control system has certain adaptively functions and achieved the goal of improving the precision of oil delivery.
