With China’s rapid economic development, national demand for mineral resources is also a record high, China’s mineral resources are mostly buried underground, open-pit mining of minerals only a small part, so the resource development needs the minerals from the underground to the surface. Underground mine hoist is connected with the ground equipment, high reliability, ease of operation, intelligence and energy consumption is direction of its development. But now mine hoist many still using old products and old former model, the urgent need to modernize the transformation of scientific and technological progress as the inverter technology has matured, the modern New Mine most used programmable logic controller controlled DC motor or a programmable logic controller and inverter controlled AC motor system.This article is based on the current exchange medium of the old mine hoisting system for a modern transformation, in the active TKD-A semi-automated control of the elevator on the basis of the following improvements.1. The original traditional relay control programmable logic controller replaced now by the software to implement the previous hard-wired logic control, thus reducing the traditional relay-contactor control system links, improve system stability, reliability.2.The original wound rotor induction motor winding short-circuited with a drive to replace the original rotor resistance, not only to achieve stepless speed regulation, but also to achieve the soft-start and regenerative braking can also be low, the energy fed back to the grid, to achieve energy-saving purposes.3. The original operating instructions part of the stage monitor or PC with a touch screen plus configuration software to replace, not only vivid, and can also achieve real-time dynamic monitoring and alarm display work.4. Mine hoist speed through the velocity and displacement encoder feedback directly to the programmable logic controller, and then through the programmable logic controller sends commands to control the frequency converter to achieve the speed control.
