Since 1960's, along with more and more serious industry pollution, some industrialized countries formulated the strict laws and standard one after another to limit the pollutant which combustion produces, this enormously promoted application and development of flue gas desulfurization(FGD) technology. Semi-dry FGD technology gets to be mature day by day, more and more applies in the actual industry boiler, overall desulfurization efficiency of the system has very big enhancement. But, semi-dry FGD technology has some problems during the practical application, which directly affects the security movement of FGD system.The velocity distribution in the Semi-dry CFB-FGD tower directly influences gas-solid mix and contact situation. In base of the tower, gas-solid two-phase flow field is more complex, different system structure has very big influence to the fluid, here gas-solid flow field has the quite tremendous influence to the overall system desulphurization efficiency.This article built semi-dry FGD cold test platform, used the PIV technology to research field of velocity in the bed's base region. It is advantage of PIV technology to break through the spatial simple point survey technology limit, realize the entire flow field transient state survey without disturbing the fluid, and easy to obtain the instantaneous field of velocity in the fluid. Using the MQD cross-correlation picture processing algorithm to deal with picture obtained from PIV test system, obtained two-dimensional velocity vector chart, and further obtained the radial direction and axial velocity distribution. Finally, through analyzing velocity distribution situation of fluid in different fluidization wind speed and different material circulation percentage, to obtain that the fluidization wind speed and material circulation percentage how to influence field of velocity in the region tested by PIV.Finally, we study the optimization of function performance in LIFAC system and analyze the effect of LIFAC semi-dry flue gas desulfurization system on generator operating performance of Qianqing power plant in Zhejiang province, have put forward some reference suggestions run and designing to the system.
