The Study Of Integrated Monitoring Technology And Its Application In Metrical Line Of Steel Tube

With the development of pipe online measure system, it became necessary to research on its integrated monitor program. In this paper, on the basis of some projects in Tianjin Pipe Company and Lubao Pipe Company, the research and successful design of integrated monitor program (Delphi version) are presented. The main contents are shown as follows:In chapter 1, technological processes of monitor program and pipe online measure system are introduced. Then the current situation of research and problems on them in China are described. And also, the necessities of the improvement are explained. Finally, the sources of this project and the main contents as well as the significance of this paper are mentioned.In chapter 2, the detail of pipe online measure system is presented. The design method of the system is ascertained. The fabrics of software and the data system are given. The overall design of the software is finished.In chapter 3, the design of configuration part in integrated monitor program is finished. The principle and function of configuration are discussed. The realization of all kinds of configuration is expatiated.In chapter 4, the design of running part in integrated monitor program is finished. The initialization process is expatiated. The main dealing process is discussed. The diagnostic diary is introduced.In chapter 5, the design of communication part in integrated monitor program is finished. The basic method of communication is introduced. The ways of communication between PC and applications, and between PC and PLC system, are expatiated. The way to query database involved.In chapter 6, the differences in two typical projects are introduced.
