Raising machine is one kind of equipment of textile post- disposing, also named as fluffing machine or fuzzing machine. Fluff rising is the technics that expose the fibre on the textile surface to thicken the cloth and to soften the textile to get good touching performance and heat preservation performance. Fluff rising will influence the style and quality of textile directly, good appearance and good handling performance and good heat preservation performance and good practicability can be got by fluffing rising.In this paper, some important problem during the design of dynamics system of the raising machine are discussed with certain model of raising machine on the basis of the research of actuality of the dynamics system of the raising machine domestic and abroad, such as the problem of the driving capability of the pile roller belt drive system, the problem of the maximum torque can be provided by raising machine and the power matching problem among the pile roller electromotor and counter pile roller electromotor and the drum electromotorFirstly, based on the research of general belt drive system and its theory base, the calculation formula of multi-driven- pulley small-contact-angle belt drive system maximum driving capability is got and then the small-contact-angle belt drive system experiment equipment is established in order to validate the calculation formula.Secondly, by solving the big nonlinear equation troop with conversing iteration, the tension of the pile roller belt drive system is calculated and then the distribution curve among the pilr rollers can be plotted and the pile roller electromotor power and counter pile roller electromotor power can be gained on the basis of research of multi-bearing flexibiles stepped beams and the pile roller belt drive system and the the stepped beams deformation theory. And then, based on the research of drum system, the maximum torque and the matching relation among the pile roller electromotor power and counter pile roller electromotor power and the drum electromotor power anbe got, moreover the influence trend of some raising machine parameter exerted on the raisinf machine power can be gained and these results can provide consultation for dynamics system design of raising machine.Finally, CAD system is compiled with Matlab on the basis the calculation model. With Matlab .DLL files, the CAD system can work independently without the Matlab environment. The program interface and program flow chart are described in this part.
