Large-scale forging hydraulic press has the strong forging ability, the easeof operation, the reliable use and so on. It's the main forging equipment ofindustry like machinery, metallurgy, astronavigation, shipbuilding, power plant.Based on hydraulic press design theory, referring to the design experienceand structure of former large-scale forging hydraulic press, and in view ofexistent flaw of the traditional hydraulic press structure, the dissertation definesthe new pattern body structure And the dissertation analyzes the key partthree-dimensional mode of unitary up-beam, lower beam and moving beam bythe finite element software ANSYS, which analyzes their rationality of structuredesign.The dissertation has carried on the key analysis to hydraulic cylinder;hasproven the bolt hole on the flange to have influence of equivalent stress on theflange transition region. At the same time calculates to obtain the fatigue life ofhydraulic cylinder.The dissertation modifies the previous design and referred the last bodystructure scheme according to the calculated result. It offers preference forscheme demonstration and technical design of 60MN forging hydraulic press.
