There are still some significant differences between human milk and cow milk in protein , fat andlactose . The purpose of this study was to hydrolyze cow milk by trypsin , which can reduce the contentof casein , at the same time produce some small active peptides and some of these have the function ofimmunity. Take this hydrolyzed cow milk as the main material, also add desalt whey proteins to adjustthe proportion of casein and whey protein, add bean oil to adjust the proportion of saturated fatty acidand unsaturated fatty acid, and supply microelement and vitamin.Take the flavor as the index, using single factor experiment to ascertain the approximately rangeof optimum temperature, optimum time, optimum concentration of enzyme. Then take the degree ofhydrolysis and the average molecular weight of small peptides as index, study the relationship amongoptimum temperature, optimum time and optimum concentration of enzyme through orthogonalityexperiment. And finally chose 60℃ , 26min and enzyme0.295%,can get better hydrolyzed cow milkthat have no significant bitterness, and degree of hydrolysis12.53%. The degree of Hydrolysis and theaverage molecular weight of small peptides have no significant relativity.Under the principle of offering enough energy and nutrition if want to get 1000ml infant formulamilk the design is: taking the milk after being hydrolyzed 330.4ml as the main material, desalt wheyproteins (D-70)69.66g, refined bean oil 7.13g, gross sugar 7.22g, compound vitamin0.58g andcompound microelement 0.385g.The finished produce: protein 18.462mg/mL and casein/digestibleprotein0.4446, fat3.35% and unsaturated fatty acid /saturated fatty acid 1probably, lactose6.78%, totalsugar 7.49, ash 0.707%.By the experiments of non-specific immunity of mice, the experiment group and the control grouphave significant difference on carbon expurgation experiments;have no significant difference onviscera/weight;and have no significant difference on lysozyme activity of serum. These mean that theinfant formula milk have some effect on enhancing non-specific immunity of mice, and have nonegative effect on immune organ in 30 stesting day. The experiments aslo prove that the infant formulahave significant influence on promoting mice growth.Results suggest that the experiments make a new kind of infant formula milk which was providedwith the function of immunity and promoting growth.
