Preterm birth as special group, defined as being born prior to37completed weeks of gestation. Evidence suggests that the rate of preterm birth in the world is rising in recent years. The survival rate of preterm infants have been substantially raised due to improvement of medical level.But, some nutrition question is key factor to pre-infant. As known, they born from the uterine of mother prior term infant, the development of mechanical and digestive absorptive function in preterm infant is not mature and nutritional need has a limit. The research suggested that preterm infants exhibit slower growth in the early months after discharge compared with healthy term infants. Nutrition experts have proposed a new concept about catch-up growth. Their nutritional requirements is higher than term infant. Cow milk which is rich in nutrients, is key raw materials to infant formula. However, there are some important differences of protein construction between human milk and cow milk. The protein of Cow milk is not easily digested and absorbed.Saturated fatty acids have high proportion than human milk. The fat of cow milk lead to constipation to infant. In addition, the content of inorganic salt in cow milk more than human milk may be bring load to kidney of infant, which is important especially to premature infant.Some have suggested a more effective approach to find another substitutes for human milk in infant nutrition. There has been increasing interest in mare’s milk for human nutrition. Whether mare’s milk has been proposed as a substitute for mother’s milk for premature newborns, in order to answer question,mare milk was researched.The components of mare and human milk which was collected in Inner Mongolia was determined by chines GB,This issue assess the nutritional value of mare milk by determination of basic composition, the content of amino acid and fatty acid distribution of triacylglycerol fraction, the content of minerals.The result showed that mare’s milk has a lower fat supply, the content was1.08g/100g lower than human milk(3.22g/100g) The content of protein was2.07g/100g in equine milk higher than that of human milk(1.13g/100g).The lactose content was similar to human milk,it was6.70g/100g in mare milk but it was6.56g/100g in human milk. The relativity of mare milk and the breast milk was well,the coefficient of correlation was0.971higher than that of cow milk. The content of saturated fatty acid was56.96%higher than human milk, while the proportion of fatty acid was close to human milk.Most of palmitic acids(C16:0) are located at the Sn-2positions in mare milk. The palmitic acids(C16:0) take up to48.36%and the ratio of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid was4.66higher than4.17of breast milk in sn-2fatty acid.The content of ash was0.34g/100g in equine milk and human milk was0.12g/100g.Base on nutrition of mare milk and nutrition need of preterm infant formula, laboratory produce preterm infant formula on the base of mare milk and cow milk, at the same time adding respectively desalinated whey powder and soy protein isolate to realized the amino acid modal humanization and adding vegetable oil blends to realized fatty acid humanization, after which the composition of premature formula were determined include the content of protein,amino acid and fatty acid.The date suggested that the content of protein was3.1-3.2g/100g in four formula.Amino acid pattern of preterm infant formula adding desalination whey powder was better than that of soy Protein isolate.The ratio of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid was0.92-1.39,which meet to the requirements of preterm formula.The animals digest experiment were used to evaluate the digestibility of preterm infant formula and infant formula in sold by testing the free amino acid level of the gastric juice and the intestinal liquid which we get from the mice after they ingest the preterm infant formula.The result showed that the digestibility of preterm formula of our experiment was significantly better than infant formula from local market.The digestibility of preterm formula which was added to desalinated whey powder was better than preterm infant formula by adding soy protein isolate. The digestibility of preterm infant formula by adding desalinated whey powder were comparable between mare milk and cow milk.The digestibility of preterm infant formula that was produced by cow milk was higher than that of mare milk.The in vitro simulate test is also used to evaluate the digestibility of the Protein.The results show that,The digestibility of preterm infant formula by adding desalinated whey powder was different significantly from that adding soy protein isolate,but the difference was not significant between digestibility of two formula by adding desalt whey powder, they were produced by mare milk and cow milk.Mare milk can be a raw material to produce preterm infant formula by nutrition evaluation,some nutrition composition need to be fortified.The digestibility of preterm infant formula that was produced by mare milk was no higher than that of cow milk as raw material in animals digest experiment and vitro simulate test,the feasibility of applications to preterm formula about mare milk also need to be further research.
