This article studies the application of fuzzy logical control about the pH value in the electrobath. Simulation is used to test the pH control based on the fuzzy logical control.The process of neutralizing is a typical nonlinear process and this kind of process can't be controlled effectively by the conventional linear control method. Fuzzy control is another kind of method based on the empirical data and the specialists' experience. Modeling doesn't need for the fuzzy control. It has an excellent robustness. Fuzzy control fits the nonlinear, fluctuant and delaying control. It especially fits the control of neutralizing process.I n order to improve the control effect, the fuzzy controller is analyzed further in this article. On the basis of traditional PID algorithm, summarize the engineering designer's technological knowledge and operational experience. Set up suitable fuzzy control regular form, and has gotten directly against k_p, k_t, k_d fuzzy control form. Design another controller- fuzzy adaptive PID controller based on fuzzy control theory.This article uses fuzzy logic toolbox and Simulink of MATLAB . Through simulation, analysis and comparison among PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy adaptive PID control of electrobath, the results show that step response curve of the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has the advantages of rising quickly, high adjusting precision and good stabilization, short transition time and small overshoot. This is difficult for PID control and fuzzy control to realize. For these reasons the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is feasible and effective. The controller's self-adjusting coefficient can be realized, and its performance is better than traditional PID controller and fuzzy controller. The controller enhances the effect of control, effectively guarantees the quality of nickel, improves the productivity and the using of energy sources. These advantages have important guiding significance of theoretical and practical research.The main research of this article is intelligent control system that designs for pH value of nickel electrobath. It provides a kind of method for the control of other parameters. Also provides a kind of method for the completely automation reconstruction of the nickel electrolysis system in the future.
