Water is injected into wells by injection wells to make up underground deficit after exploitation of crude oil, and maintain or increase oil reservoir pressure; it is a widely used process by our country in crude oil extraction. Control and monitoring of injection water is directly related to crude oil production of the field.Automation technology of the injection process is paid less attention than other process engineering, water injection methods and equipment is relatively backward for a long time. In recent years, oil production rate slowing, water rise accelerating, the gradual output declining, rising costs can not be avoided as the main oil fields of China have entered high or extremely high period water. Through scientific precision injection to improve exploitation rate and reduce costs has been attracted attention. Combined the intelligence of fuzzy control with the reliability of PID control, the design introduces a fuzzy adaptive PID controller, PID control parameters is self-adjusted on-line through fuzzy reasoning. Interval control is adopted in this paper, in which the motor stop working in interval times to save energy and extend the service life of water injection facilities. Simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control system for flow control system for oil field water injection has good control effects, which is an ideal intelligent control method.On-off time of the DC motor is controlled through PWM wave outputting by MCU, so that the valve opening is controlled, remote monitoring of water injecting is controlled through the GPRS networks. Flow value acquisition, fuzzy adaptive control algorithm, on-line control, data communication with remote control center through the GPRS network is realized in this paper. Meanwhile, the host computer can monitor the water flow in real time, store and callback the historical data. The design of the system has advantages such as intelligence, low power, reliability, low prices, interference, and promising application.
