In recent years, along with economy of northwest development, the ecosystem environment of river valley is very bad, the water is polluted seriously. After statistical analysised the whole ChaoYang city underground water quality data which collected in 1993, 1998, 2003 and social and economic indicator, we forecast the underground water quality of ChaoYang of 2008, 2013 and 2018 using gray system theory model by using graphical method, bring forward the biggest discharge of sewage and advised sewage, and advanced the countermeasure and idea and environment development stratagem on the base of actuality of source of pollution of the drainage area.
