| The topic of this paper is properties and gray analyzing of the new-style four-sheet corrugated boards structure. Several kinds of corrugated boards ,that is corrugated boards intersecting in different angles is mainly studied to see if the four-sheet corrugated board can replace the five-sheet corrugated board in different circumstances. The main characteristics of this board (mainly four-sheet structure studied in this paper) include: thinner than five-sheet corrugated board produced through the processing before, saving the usage of the filler board, lower the cost of the corrugated board and higher its intensity and it is convenient for the making of boxes and cartons. So nowadays it is a good new-style corrugated board structure of lower consumption, higher intensity. And this can solve the difficult technique problem of the packaging and transportation of heavy large goods, it also realize that plastics can be replaced by paper to protect forests, improve natural environment and maintain ecology balance. It makes the export package of heavy and large goods keep in step with international and it breaks the tariff of the export package. It is instructive and deeply historically meaningful to the developing of the packaging industry and the whole national economy.In this paper, intensity properties of corrugated board, box and cushion made of intersecting corrugated boards and five-sheet corrugated boards are compared, inclusive intensity changes in different humidities. Besides, in this paper we make gray analyses of the influence factors such as environment, corrugated board structure and so on to the different tests. According to these factors we may compare the properties of different structures in different environments. Finally we may obtain the superiorities of the properties of the four-sheet corrugated board and the properties of all kinds of corrugated boards in different transporting environments and different cases. |
