The disposal survey of oily wastewater is summarized in this paper, and the merit and demerit of currently domestic and foreign technics that treat oily waste water is summarized. The developing trend of currently domestic and foreign technics and the mechanism of treating oily wastewater by fenton reagent process is analysed and discussed. The oily wastewater is treated by fenton reagent process after coagulation pretreatment. Through analysis of single factor about experimentation, the relation curve between influence factors and COD removals by coagulation and fenton reagent process system are obtained. The influence extent of medicament variety, adding quantity, pH, temperature, speed and time of agitation in coagulation are investigated, and the influence extent adding quantity of fenton reagent and iron, pH, temperature and time in fenton reagent process system are also investigated. The affecting mechanisms and affecting rulesof each influence factors are summarized.Through investigation of experiment, the disposal project and the optimal operatingconditions for oily wastewater are determined. The treatment project is divided into two steps:(1)coagulation;(2)fenton reagent process. The operating conditions of coagulation are as following: adding PAC=25mg/ L; adding PAM=0.25mg/ L; pH=7; t=90min; T=60℃; high speed agitation of 200 r /min which time is 60s; low speed agitation of 100 r /min which time is 3min. The operating conditions of fenton reagent process are as following: adding H2O2=113mg/ L; adding Fe2+=lllmg/ L; pH=4; t=60min; T=50℃. After treating, the COD concentration of oily wastewater reduce from 548.7mg/ L into 3.8mg/ L, oil concentration froml04.3mg/ L intol.4mg/ L, and SS concentration froml04.3mg/ L into 2.0mg/ L, which reaches circumfluence request. The economical property of coagulation and fenton reagent process system is analyzed, which is economical and technically feasible.
