Chen Yang special kind steel pipe is the company that takes steel pipe as staple products, the wastewater is green or red, it contains Fe3+, Fe2+and the compound of ion. The contents of Fe2+ is 1300 mg/L, Fenton reagent is fit to use, the quantity of chlorine salt and phosphoric acid salt is high, proper adoption chemical precipitation of method. Influences of H2O2 dosage, pH value and reaction time on treatment efficiencies are investigated. Fenton reagent and Fenton reagent-chemical sedimentation were compered.In the study, the method of Coagulation is used to treat oily wastewater, three kinds of coagulants are chosen in the experiment. Influences of coagulant dosage , pH value and reaction time on treatment efficiencies are investigated. The best coagulant for the treatment of oily wastewater and the optimal process condition are choosed. Experiment results show that the dosage of Alcl3 is 0.1620g/100mL,pH is 7.52,reaction time 65 min, the best removal rate of CODCr can reach 61.20%, the best removal rate of oil can reach 85.32%, the dosage of Fecl3 is 0.1140g/100mL,pH is 7.26,reaction time 95 min, the best removal rate of CODCr can reach 56.90%, the best removal rate of oil can reach 64.53%. In the experiment of complex reagent, the treatment result of two kinds of complex coagulant is nearly the same. Alcl3 purifieation efficiency is higher than Fecl3.In the process of coagulation -air flotation experiment, the dosage of Alcl3 is 0.3g, pH value is 7, time of air flotation is 8h, the removal dosage of oil is 403.91mg/L, removal rate of oil is above 89.01%, the removal dosage of CODcr is 3520mg/L, the removal rate of CODCr is above 73.33%, the dosage of Fecl3 is 0.1g, pH value is 8, time of air flotation is 10h, the removal dosage of oil is 360.26mg/L, removal rate of oil is above73.16%, the removal dosage of CODcr is 2324mg/L, the removal rate of CODCr is above 48.42%. In the same air flotation condition, the kind of coagulant dosage , pH value and the time of air flotation have been discussed, decoloration efficiency of coagulation-air flotation and coagulation were compared. The experiment results show that the removal efficiency of coagulation-air flotation is better than coagulation.
