For the comprehensive effect in reduction, innocuity and renewability, the disposal technology of solid waste combustion has been applied widespreadly in large&midium cities. Due to the combusting process character, the strong coupling, non-linearity, multi-input and multi -output, the conventional control method is hard to satisfy the requirement of the combustion stability of incinerators, so ,to research the combusting process control methods is one of the key on waste combusting technology to ensure the stability of combustion.Firstly, this thesis expoundes the method of disposing solid waste, and, introduces the relative technologies in china and abroad, and describes in detailed about the gasification pyrolysis technology that adopted in the subject. Based on the performance characters of incinerator, this thesis expoundes the theory of combustion technology, analyses the process of waste combustion, the main factors affecting combustion, the requirement and function of incinerator auto-control and fuzzy control strategy. Furthermore, the control method for gasification pyrolysis combustion system was proposed, that is, applying the fuzzy control technology to realize the temperature control by adjusting the air flux of gasification burner and the second furnace and to reach a acceptable stability of combustion. Then, the application design of fuzzy control technology in the process control of waste combustion was described, including fuzzy variable parameters, subject function, fuzzy rule and control querying table. The Fuzzy control strategy which includes two input parameters (temperature deviation, temperature deviation rate) and two output parameters (air flux of the gasification burner, air flux of the second furnace) was adopted. The design content of the subject also included mechanical equipment composition of incinerator, the electric equipment outfit, the composition of the control system hardware, development of software of control system as well as the man-machine interface. Experiments demonstrates that our design is feasible and available , which can fully keep incinerator reliable and economy, and ensure the stability of combustion temperature and the acceptance of controlling the tail gas contamination.
