| There are various ways to treat urban household waste,among which incineration has the advantages of reduction,harmless treatment,and resource utilization.Garbage incineration power plants have been vigorously promoted and applied in most cities in China.Garbage incineration is a complex process that generates a large number of highly toxic pollutants,such as dioxins,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,dust,and heavy metals.The stable operation of garbage incinerators can ensure the effectiveness of garbage incineration treatment and suppress the generation of pollutants.The combustion process of incinerator is a strongly coupled multi input multi output nonlinear system,which is affected by many factors such as primary air volume,garbage volume,secondary air volume and so on.Based on the operating characteristics and experience of garbage incinerators,it is analyzed that the main factors affecting the stability of garbage incinerators include the thickness of the garbage layer,boiler load,the temperature of the upper part of the burnout grate,and the oxygen content at the outlet of the economizer.Due to the complexity of garbage composition,using traditional PID control makes it difficult to achieve precise and stable control of these factors.The main work of this article revolves around this theme as follows:(1)In response to the problem of poor operational stability of garbage incinerators,a fuzzy control method was used to construct a fuzzy controller for material layer thickness,boiler load,and upper temperature of the burnout grate.By analyzing the data,the variation patterns of factors such as material layer thickness and boiler load are obtained,and the controlled object and control quantity are identified.Translate the obtained laws into mathematical language and edit fuzzy controllers such as garbage layer thickness control and boiler load control.For example,the fuzzy controller for garbage layer thickness and boiler load control is a two input and one output fuzzy controller.(2)In response to the problem of overshoot in the control of material layer thickness of waste incineration furnaces,a fuzzy PID control method was used to construct a self adjusting PID fuzzy controller for material layer thickness.Through in-depth research on material layer thickness control methods,it was found that the control results of the basic fuzzy controller were not ideal,while PID control had its unique advantages in control methods.Further research was conducted on material layer thickness control,combining fuzzy control and PID control to obtain a self adjusting PID fuzzy control method.(3)In response to the problem of poor effectiveness of simple fuzzy control in the practical application of material layer thickness control in garbage incineration furnaces,a self adjusting weighting factor fuzzy control method is proposed to construct a fuzzy controller.During the research on the control law of material layer thickness,it was found that the weights of the two variables that affect the control of material layer thickness are not the same in different situations.Therefore,a fuzzy control method with self adjusting weighting factors was proposed.The simulation results show that self adjusting fuzzy PID control and self adjusting weighted factor fuzzy control have better control effects and advantages compared to ordinary PID control and fuzzy control on garbage incinerators,and are effective ways to solve the stability control of garbage incinerators. |
