Water recycle is an efficient form and way to use water resources. It can also improve the disposal rate of domestic wastewater. In this essay, we took the project of the new school section of One Institute's sewage disposal and water recycle as example to analyze the feasibility of the water recycle project used in the huge section, in Shandong. According to the source and the characteristic of the sewage of the section, we evaluate the keystone and the technology research headway of the bio contact oxidation method. On the foundation of comparing other biology disposal method used in the section, we choose the bio contact oxidation method to dispose the civilization sewage and we also design the experiment. Based on our needs, we designed an experiment process and instrumentation, which is suitable for the characteristic of the sewage from the new school section of the Institute. We also used the experiment process and instrumentation designed in this experiment to test and observe the disposal effect of the sewage. Experiment process can be divided into domestication period, charged circulation period and stable circulation period. The experiment was taken place in different situations just as water quantity, hydra residence time, aeration, gas and water rate, etc. We analyzed how such situation influence the disposal effect. According to our analysis, in definite concentration range of the COD, SS and HRT, the domestic wastewater that is being disposed by the bio contact method can absolutely achieve the goal that dispose water in high efficiency and there's no surplus sludge discharged. Using staffing tower bioreactor is available in disposing domestic wastewater. We got the most suitable condition: plastic ball as staffing, DO=4.5-5 mg/L, HRT=5.5h, Vg/VL=6-15:1, COD removal rate can achieve 90.2%. In experiment condition, we need 8-18 days in the domestication periol. Observing under the photoelectricity microscope, the number of the microorganismd and the thickness of the film is about 0.1-0.2 mm with the color of hoariness or haze is a bit more and their activity is very high. The physiological and the structure characteristic are close to the report in the common literature. According to the sewage disposal and water recycle project of the new school section of Shandong Architecture and Engineering Institute, we analyze the technic-economy index and instance of the project circulation. We draw the conclusion that using water recycle system in some range is absolutely feasible no matter in the aspect of economy-technology or in the aspect of environment.
