On the basis of the desulfurization project of the DaLaTe Power Plant, the paperintroduces the principle, device system of limestone desulfurization technology ofpulverized coal fired boiler.The paper introduces several desulphurization technologyand its characteristics. Considering the actual situation of the Power Plant and throughcomparing several kind of technologies, the wet limestone flue gas desulfrizationtechnology has been chosen for the DaLATe Power Plant' desulfurization project.According to the geographical positions, the peripheral environment and theconstruction condition of DaLaTe Power Plant, the paper calculated the quantity of coalconsumption , limestone supply and gypsum products. Then the paper confirmed the disposalof desulfurization device, calculated the basic parameters of the desulfization system. At last,the paper analysed the characteristics of GGH and confirmed the scheme.Throughcalculating we testify DaLaTe Power Plant's desulfurization project satisfies the nationalemissions standard. And the sideline product, gypsum, also can been utilized well. Theproject will acquire favorable social benefit and economic benefit.
