As a technique of finishing, straightening has been paid more and moreattention in the field of industry. Section straightener of fixed and unequalroller spacing is an advanced technique of straightening, not only synthesizingadvantages of both technique of straightening of equal roller spacing andtechnique of straightening of variable roller spacing, but also realizing multipleuse by one machine and precision nice of straightening and dimension stockand kind of section of straightening and applying prospect widely.Consequently, it is great valuable for research on it and putting into reality,providing technique accumulation in the use of enterprise.On the base of elastic-plasticity flexure theory, in the thesis, I analyzeforce exerted and the process of distortion on the process of straightening, buildforce model in the state of elastic-plasticity flexure thinking about knuckle onthe process of straightening which induce deflection is generated from knuckleand elastic-plasticity flexure. Displacement of Pressing down is a parameter ofstraightening technique, in the paper, I have deduced recursive formula ofdisplacement of pressing down , which is more actual than conventionalmethod of accumulating displacement of pressing down;I choose straighteningproject of big deformation and build mathematics model of straightening rules.Parameters of roller spacing are optimized in the thesis. Firstly, accordingto dimension stock and kind of section needed straightening, the span of rollerspacing is calculated in the condition that touched stress between roller piecesand roller and nip condition is constrained. Then the value of roller spacing isgotten by the means of outer penalty function at the target function of theminimum value of total straightening force and at the variable quantity of thevalue of roller spacing .At last, the fit value of roller spacing is further gottenthinking about structure processing and bearing lifespan.Pressing down rules of each rolled pieces of dimension stock and kind ofsection needed straightening are optimized for WXDB-11-800/620 straightenerof fixed and unequal roller spacing. Software of pressing down rules ofstraightening is designed with friendly man-machine conversation interfaceadopted VB.NET. It is easily operated and a fine powerful assistant of the filedengineers and operators and provided technique accumulation in order torealize the intelligent control of computer.
