| Through the secondary exploitation, this software is used for the aided design of machine tool main transmission system. First, the whole machine tool design calculation is carried out; Secondly, the main transmission system design calculation is carried out; Thirdly, the gear number and module's calculation is carried out; At last, the shaft diameter estimate and the front-back shaft diameter of main shaft design calculation is carried out.In the machine tool design, it is the first task of getting the main technical parameter, including: (1) dimension parameter; (2) movement parameter; (3) power parameter. Dimension parameter include: the maximum steady turning diameter of lathe bed, the maximum steady turning diameter on the knife rest, through hole diameter of main shaft, front taper hole of main shaft, the maximum length dimension of machining parts. Movement parameter include: the minimum rotating speed, the maximum rotating speed, common ratio, series. Power parameter include: motor power, rated speed, motor model , etc. The user can input these parameters into a designed window , then save them to data file for the latter calculation.After the parameter is input into the window, series calculation is carried out. The series influence the frame model, rotating speed chart and the correlation calculation of gear. Through the formula z=(lg Nmax/Nmin)lgΦ+1, we calculate the series and display it, and send it to next step, getting the frame model.In the design segment, the basic design will be accomplished through calculating each part's parameter of machine tool transmission system which accord with the request, after the user inputting the conditions.
