With the rapid development of intelligent technology at this stage,the traditional manual design in mechanical manufacturing industry will not be able to keep up with the pace of the times and meet the user's product design needs.The establishment of the corresponding automatic design system will be able to quickly complete product design and manufacturing,design efficiency is not only fast but also high accuracy,in line with the trend of the times.As a kind of high efficiency machine tool designed in modern times,special machine tool is used in the production of large quantities of special parts.It has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency,and plays an inestimable role in the mechanical manufacturing industry.As the core component of modular machine tool,spindle box makes the design process cumbersome because of its multi-axis number,multi-row,multi-parameter,multi-scheme and other characteristics.The traditional design and manufacturing methods can't adapt to the current situation of increasing product diversification and rapid development.Therefore,the research and development of automatic design system has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper mainly focuses on the research and development of automatic design system for spindle box of special machine tools for processing large quantities of parts.This system completes the selection of input parameters according to the processing dimension and tolerance requirements of the machined parts;establishes the corresponding knowledge base,designs the program algorithm for cutting parameters,and realizes the automatic calculation of parameters;establishes the design algorithm for transmission system scheme,that is,establishes the reasoning and deduction mechanism for transmission scheme of the spindle box(mainly based on three basic transmission structures such as cycle and judgment).The automatic model is used to design the algorithm.The automatic design of the transmission scheme of the spindle box can be completed by acquiring the coordinate information of the spindle axis in the established inference machine.Finally,the parameters of the intermediate shaft and the gear are calculated automatically for the designed transmission scheme.The automatic calculation algorithm program of interference and checking of the transmission components is designed to realize the interference detection of the transmission scheme and the strength of the main components automatically.Check work in order to generate the best design scheme of spindle box transmission,according to the best transmission scheme to realize the automatic design of the whole spindle box;design the automatic drawing algorithm program,establish the automatic drawing system to complete the automatic drawing task of spindle box assembly drawings;finally,use programming language and software to research and develop the software program of the automatic design system and interface.The design and implementation of the software program will greatly reduce the design cycle,reduce the workload of research and development personnel,improve the design efficiency and product design quality,and lay a foundation for the research and development of automated design systems in related industries,providing an automated design model for reference.
