With Tuber Fleeceflower Stem(TFS) as material, which was fermented by Ganoderma Lucidum(GL) fungus, the change of the active components in the fermented process was studied, at the same time, According to "The handbook of inspection and evaluation for functional food", it was also studied the extracting solution of TFS which was fermented by GL on the function of the sedated sleep, the immunity and the growth of the mice. The results are showed as follows:1. With TFS as the main material of the culture medium, the GL fungus was inoculated on it.The mycelium of GL growed fully of the fungus poke needed 20-30 days. The biological transformation ratio was 64.3%. the content of polysaccharide of GL was 2.5%. The result indicated that the method which inoculating the Ganoderma Lucidum fungus on the TFS is advisable, and the advanced study on the influence of the active components and function of TFS was on the basis of the enough material which acquired by that method.2. The fermentation of GL fungus induced the change of the content of the active components in TFS. The content of stilbene glycoside rised from 0.03% to 0.07%, then down to 0.01%. The content of anthraquinones changed from 0.12% to 0.065%, then keeping steady. The content of the polysaccharide caused by the fertermention increased to 2.52%, and then gradually decreased. From the total analysis of the data, the optimal phase of the terminal growth was the fruit body's growing period because of the further more contents of stilbene glycoside, anthraquinones, polysaccharide in the fermentation..3. The extracting solution of being fermented TFS (5g/kg, 10g/kg) could inhibite the rat's spontaneously active time, and increase the rat's dormancy-time and dormancy-number induced by Pentobarbital Sodium. So it was quite valuable to study and develop the fermented TFS because of the function of sedation and hypnosis in mice.4. The extracting solution of fermented TFS (5g/kg, 10g/kg) led to the obviously increased of the rat's spleen index and thymus index, and strengthen the swallowed ability of the microphages. |
