With the development of our country's industrialization there is a lot of dust in the producing process of many corporations such as heavy industry , chemical industry and raw & processed materials energy industry. If we don't control that dust, outdoors and indoors atmospheric environment will be polluted and destroyed, which will do harm to human's health, propagation's growth and have effect on normal producing process . Therefore it is a problem which needs to be worked out that we control industrial injurants to influence and destroy outdoors and indoors atmospheric environment. Baghouse is a kind of effective dust collecter to father atmospheric pollution. It's prominent excellence is high efficiency. Baghouse's efficiency is 99.99% in laboratory and 99.9% in practical application. Effluent concentration of dust arrives at under 10mg/Nm~3, even 1mg/Nm~3, basically reaching zero discharge. At the same time Baghouse has very high efficiency with small particulates which particle diameter is 10μm,5μm or 2.5μm. Our country puts sustainable development into practice, reinforces environment protection greatly and controls pollution totally. Baghouse struts it's stuff in dust collecting. But the greatest disadvantage of Baghouse is replacing the disabled filter bag . Because Baghouse is often put to use in the condition of high temperature ang high damp including of oxysulfide and oxynitride which make filter bag destried, replacing filter Bag. This will add lots of maintenance work. It is a important subject that researching on mechanism invalidation of filter bag and looking for prolonging time life of filter bag of Baghouse. Nowadays PPS and P84 filter are put into use of dealing with soot of coal kiln in power plants. So it is very important to study the invalidation of this two kind of filter materials. This thesis is based on experiments. By the way of solution experiment and gas experiment I study mechanism invalidation with the two filter materials in the condition of causticity. By the way of analyzing phenomena , dates and curves of experiment I draw some conclusions about filter materials' corrosionproof and aging resistance. Meanwhile we bring forward measures on prolonging filter material's life time.
