This subject researches on diaphragm valve, the header tank and the tube in cleaning installation of baghouse filter deeply.As the need of circumstance protecting goes stricter day by day, the country enhances the standard of gas granule contamination emission, and the baghouse filter applies in most fields of dust catching. Cleaning is the vital tache in the function of baghouse filter, and correspondings the demands of cleaning installation goes more and more rigorous. As the most efficient method of cleaning, the pulse cleaning installation's capability influences the efficiency and performance directly. Therefore, it's very important to research on the capacity and the compositive performance of diaphragm valves, the volume of header tank, the organization of airflow in conduit, and the rule of distribution of diameter of outlets in conduit in pulse cleaning installation of baghouse filter.This subject designs a testing system of diaphragm valve, tests some diaphragm valves of different types and different sizes continuously. It proves that the capacity of diaphragm valve has a direct ratio to the pressure of header tank, the electrical time, the size of the diaphragm valve, but foreign to the type of diaphragm valve. The result also proves that it has an obvious difference between electrical time and the real time of the airflow runs, the real airflow runs about 1.2-4.4 times of electrical time.Bases on the testing of capacity of diaphragm valve, this subject estimate the reaction of diaphragm valve through testing the act of lagging. The value of Kv is used to judge the diaphragm valve, considers the capacity and the pressure of the airflow. The results indicate that the values of Kv of one valve comes identical under different conditions, it argues that the value of Kv is valid, there's great differences between the valves of same type but different sizes, the value of Kv also has a direct ratio to the size of the valve, but independent to the type.The experiment renders that, the volume of the herder tank has a great influence to the capacity and the pressure of the airflow, so this subject discusses how to calculate the volume of the tank. Reckon the least volume of the tank on principle of the decline of the pressure not comes to 30%, and the capacity of a valve on one certain condition.This subject researches the organization of airflow in conduit through academic analysis and CFD, advances the thought of shrink of the conduit. The experiment approves that the pressure in the conduit becomes more balanceable after the conduit is shrink with a certain extent. The ratio of shrink should be decided by the idiographic condition. Bases on the collocation of diameters of outlets by one foreign country, this subject tests and analyses the rule of the runoff and the pressure. The result shows that the runoff and the pressure of each outlet comes even through shrink of the diameter of the outlets with a certain extent along the direction of the airflow, and the ratio of the shrink should be decide according to the real project.This subject advances the means of testing and evaluating the diaphragm valve through investigating, offers some reference for the foundation and maturity of the standard of testing the product of diaphragm valves, the designers and the users should choose the product by the parameters of the performance seriously. According to the performance of diaphragm valve, set the herder tank, the format of the conduit and the distribution of diameters of the outlets suitably, achieve the intent of cleaning effectively.
