At present, the comprehensive economic indicator of the mineral processing plant has very tremendous influence because of increasing the undressed of ore impoverishment rate and impurity MgO content. Therefore selects the new highly effective flotation process equipment in the suitable job step in order to replace the mechanical agitation type flotation machine, which also is a effective way of simplifing the technical process, reducing the dressing cost, and enhancing the flotation process target.This article applies the CCF flotation column (not to have fills medium adverse current type flotation process column) which develops by the Changsha colored metallurgy design research institute dressing branch, and It is the first time that flotation test has been carried on the Jinchuan copper and nickel sulfide ore. In the full use field condition, through the massive field test, the flotation column combination way has been discussed and the optimized. Through half industry test and commercial test, the reliability of flotation column and three combinations way has been discussed and majorized many times. In the CC/separation circuit (column-column combination type processes way), the CC/scavenger circuit (column-column combination type processes way) and the CCM/separation circuit (column-machine combination type processes way), we suggested the CCM/separation circuit was batter in two sections of flotation processes. The experiment also indicated that the CCM/separation circuit can increase the effect of sparation, the concentrate grade of nickel and copper enhances 1.08% and 0.33%, Recovery rate enhances 4.33% and 6.53%, the impurity MgO content of reduces 0.45%. At the same time, with the rise of ore grade, the impurity MgO content reduces gradually, but the recovery rate does not have well-regulated change.In the examination of elutriation chemical, it is suggested the flotation column...
