With the rapid development of the autocar, architecture, household appliances, food, medication, the need for injection technique is increasing. the hydraulic pressure and electrochydraulic injection system extenting the shortcoming of the large energy, pollution, the low accuracy of the control and so on can't satisfy the need of market, the emergence of the fully electric injection system overcomes these problems, but the grounded theory design in our country is situated as an offset, the main parts are dependent on the integrity of input. under this circumstances, this paper mainly researchs the structure of the fully electric injection systemAt the foundation of the analyze of the hydraulic pressure and electro-hydraulic injection system, drafting two kinds of structure project which is based on ball screw and the servo motor. According to the project contrast, drafting a more reasonable project. make use of the Ansys software to analyze the ball screw, the front, and moving block to find out the value of deformation and the distribution of stress. checking the structure at the material size, choosing the optimum area according to the deformation and the distribution of stress, doing the optimum structural design, making reinforcement based on the the density nephogram, then doing the comparative analysis of the improved structure, choosing the better structure. Carried on the mold analysis towards the structure project that selected, beg ten proper frequency of ranks and flap the type of this structure at every position. Analyze the result, put forward the improvement method to avoid the resonance.This paper analyzes the structural unit size, the static and dynamic characterics of the complete machine. To provide adequate grounds for manufacturing products and maching, and creating favorable experiment condition for the control system and software development...
