X-Y table is a key component to realize X and Y coordinated movment, widely used in the machine manufacture and processing. Regarding its servo control research, it is not only considered geometry and kinematics, but also considered mechanism dynamics character, however, friction is a factor which is inevitable considered in servo system. Modeling and simulation on X-Y table servo system have a vital significance of improving dynamic, static characters and tracking accuracy. In view of X-Y table servo system character, this paper unified MATLAB/Simulink and Virtual Prototyping superiority in system analysis, proposed a plan based on ADAMS/Simulink in servo system modeling and simulation, the paper mainly completed following work:The article analyzed the research present and front of modeling and simulation situation, in view of X-Y table servo system, proposed the research route and realization frame, and considered the main parameter and influence factor of servo system theory modeling, through analysis and contrasting, confirmed that friction is the factor which cannot be neglected. in friction physical property, detailed analysised four stages which friction changed with speed, introduced each kind of friction model and the influence of friction to servo system recent years, according to servo system friction, choosed Stribeck model as the specific object to research. In view of servo system composition characteristic, setting calculated position ring, speed loop on three link ring, established the machine part mathematical model, completed the installation and the identification of electrical and mechanical parameter, then established the transfer function about each link in servo system, inferred the overall system transfer function, established the M document in MATLAB, analysed the transient output response, system stability, time domain, it maked out that the system have a very well dynamic response, satisfied servo system definitely. The paper separately established simulink model not considered friction and simulation model considered friction, used the single factor analytic method to analyze speed loop gain, current loop gain, Damping factor which influenced servo speed. Through simulating the model including Stribeck servosystem simulation, validated the rule that friction changed with the stable speed. On the base of union simulation, introduced the Virtual Prototyping the core technology to take the system performance simulation realization, and conducted the research to the overall simulation system, carried on...
