Servo hydraulic cylinder is rolled the production of the institution, their performance with a direct impact on the steel production efficiency and quality, as our iron and steel industry is developing at breakneck speed, and large rolled line of production, with large rolled servo at number of the demand, more and more high quality requirements. Therefore, scientific or practicality of a start, establishing a test equipment to testing server performance of the Servo cylinder is very important for the research on AGC large rolled servo oil tank dynamic and static test.This is,in a little servo cylinder test-bed of a hydraulic institute for example, a experimental stage for testing large servo cylinder.The main contents of this paper is as follow:the main components of the hydraulic system was chosen, on the main parameters were calculated, and the establishment of a system of all aspects of the mathematical model and transfer function to determine the hydraulic system transfer function block diagram, and apply Matlab/Simulink simulation platform of the hydraulic system simulation, the simulation that the system meets the design requirements.In addition, the test method has been studied, mainly for the test principle of the various pilot projects was introduced; control procedures and test interface was written by VC++6.0to realize various pilot projects testing methods, and in particular servo cylinder experiment, has been relatively satisfied with the test results...
