Along with the rapid development of coal industry, it is higher request to the laneway tunneling speed. The topic provides the basis theory for the improvement roadheader performance main through carrying on the fundamental research analysis of the cantilever roadheader electro-hydraulic system.In electrical system, we apply the advanced digital product replacing traditional simulation product, use the programmable controller and the module electric circuit achieving the control and run data communication with RS-485 and RS-232C serial mouth communication technology. Consequently, we realized the roadheader acousto-optics alarming and fault prompt functions and so on. In hydraulic system, the character of roadheader slewing hydraulic loop system is one of important impacting attributes factors affecting mechanical stability and producing hydraulic impact. This article will analyse dynamic performance of hydraulic system through establishing mathematical model to the roadheader slewing hydraulic loop system. The article establishes dynamic model of the roadheader slewing hydraulic system with Power Bond Graph, and established two kinds of Power Bond Graph according to work conditions of the roadheader slewing hydraulic system. Firstly, it is dynamic model of the cylinder buffer equipment; secondly, it is dynamic model of the overflow cushion. Then we establish corresponding power state equation, and establish dynamic simulation model using Simulink according to the power state equation. Considering structure design of the model and in order to simplifying structure, we divide the system into several submodels with lamination idea of Simulink. According to Simulink simulation module diagram, we put parameter of the roadheader slewing hydraulic system into simulation module and carried on computation, then obtained the result of the system numeral simulation. Thus we accomplished static and dynamic characteristic simulation analysis of the roadheader slewing hydraulic system, and provided theory basis for design of the roadheader slewing hydraulic system.Finally, The article discusses several kind of factors of influencing hydraulic system...
