Research On String Make-up And Break-out System Of Slant Drilling Rig Based On Bond Graph

At present,the 80%recoverable oil and gas resources of china is stored in the 2000m shallow layers and the 2000?3500m middle-deep layers.and most of them have entered in the late of the drilling development,therefore we need the rig using in the shallow wells and the middle-deep wells of the complex case to apply to the directional wells,horizontal wells,sidetracking wells and other special drillings.The traditional drilling rig that needs to drill a certain depth vertically and then to deflect with drilling tools and drilling pipes is't adapt to the drilling condition.Therefore,we design a new gear rack drilling rig of slant well.The derrick of the rig can be adjusted within 0?45 °.The power of pipe trip and normal drilling was provided by the power head lifting device.This operation process directly saves the directional inclination process and increasing hole angle process of the conventional straight well drilling rig,also saves the different drilling operation period of replacement assembly time and tripping times.But due to the special working condition of the gear rack drilling rig of slant well,the makeup and breakout equipment of the traditional oil drilling rig is difficult to meet the requirements of the gear rack drilling rig of vertical well.We need to design a makeup and breakout system for the slant well drilling machine because of its special working status.This paper puts forward and designs an automated device which could full fill the need of the make-up and break-out automatic operation of the gear rack drilling rig of slant well,exploded and spinner action of the string which based on the full investigation and analysis of the string make-up and break-out operating procedures and the rig automation technology at home and broad.Then we design the string make-up and break-out system on the the hydraulic circuit.On the basis,we have established the bond graph model of the main track clamp,the back clamp tight system,the main tong torque system,the power head spin buckle system and the track clamp system according to the integration of every system,and we derive the system dynamic equations from the combination of each bond graph model.Finally,We build the bond graph simulation model of each system through the 20-Sim software and caculate the simulation parameters of each component,and carry out the dynamic simulation analysis of the simulation model through suitable solving ways and reasonable explanation.We also verify the rationality of the bond graph model through comparative analysis and provide the technical support and the theoretical guidance for the research of the make-up and break-out equipment of the oil drilling rig of slant well.
