With the development of large-scale coal mine with high yield and high efficiency in China,it is inevitable to establish comprehensive mechanized,automatic and intelligent mining system of coal mine,and underground roadway supporting equipment is one of the important components of auxiliary mining system.Bolt support is an important part of roadway construction,which accounts for more than 70%of the construction time.As one of the key equipment of bolt support technology,bolt drill plays a pivotal role in bolt support engineering,and its performance directly affects the efficiency of roadway anchoring construction.In order to improve the speed of bolting,designing and improving the performance of bolting drill is the key to improve the driving efficiency.Through referring to the literature,it is found that pneumatic and hydraulic bolt drill is the mainstream type of coal mine roadway bolt support engineering.Hydraulic bolt drill with its output torque is large,power source is not affected by distance,low energy consumption,high drilling efficiency,gradually become a new direction to establish high yield and high efficiency mine.Based on impact mechanics and wave mechanics,this paper analyzes the influence of different shape stress wave peak value and the drilling efficiency.Based on the impact mechanism design theory of"three-stage method",the impact mechanism of bolt drill is designed,the hydraulic parameters and piston size are calculated,and the volume of rotary gear is optimized by MATLAB genetic algorithm.According to the dimension parameters,sorlidworks is used for 3d modeling and assembly of the bolt rig.The impact system of bolter is modeled by AMESim hydraulic component library,and the rationality of impact mechanism is simulated.The series and parallel modes of the double motors of the rotary mechanism system were simulated,and the proper motor link mode was selected.Aiming at the waste of flow in rotating speed regulation,load sensitive rotating system is designed so that the output flow of pump always matches the load.Through the study of the impact system model,the impact mechanism of bolt drill is designed,the impact system is established by AMESim software for analysis,and the defects of the rotary system are optimized,in order to improve the energy utilization rate of hydraulic bolt drill,to provide a certain theoretical reference for the design of impact rotary bolt drill.
