Through the research of the application of hoister stroke control and computer control, the paper introduces the design and the application of control system of auxiliary shaft hoister. All-digital thyristor direct current drive and computer control are adopted in the auxiliary shaft hoister cojitrol, and they are also used to improve AC auxiliary shaft hoister controlled by traditional contractor-relay. Therefore, the lag AC auxiliary shaft hoister is transformed to be the advanced hoisting system of all-digital thyristor direct current drive.The paper introduces the requirement of electric control system and the fundamentals of stroke control. Through the analysis of speed preset mode, we obtain mathematical model of S shape velocity curve in preset stroke, acceleration and deceleration, and mathematical model of stroke and time. Based on the field need, the hardware configuration and peripheral circuit of control system are designed. Coal mine hoisting control system is made up of multifunction digital depth system, master control system, all-digital system of direct current timing, main computer system and signal system. The system has the functions of the automatic generation of S shape velocity curve, the preset of speed and speed monitor and control, which are the maintenance logistics of safe operation of coal mine hoister. It is showed by the field debugging and operational result that the system's control accuracy is high enough to ensure production run.
