The heat setting machine is used to heat setting the polyester fiber web(hereinafter referred to as the fabric)of the paper industry under the required temperature,tension and tension.At present,the setting machine with high-precision and high-stability control system is a foreign monopoly product,which is expensive and difficult to maintain later.The control system of the setting machine developed in China is not high in accuracy,poor in stability and single in function,and cannot guarantee the quality of the fabric after heat setting,which greatly limits the development of chinese paper industry.In view of the problems existing in the current setting machine control system,this paper has developed a high-precision setting machine control system with stable operation and rich functions.In this paper,according to the process flow and technological requirements of the setting machine,the setting machine control system is divided into the host computer control system and the lower computer control system.According to the functional requirements,the host computer should realize the monitoring of the lower computer.Therefore,the host computer control system is divided into an administrator module,a control module,a monitoring module,a parameter setting module,a secondary training module,and a process parameter setting module.Design the five modules in Visual Studio platform.The lower computer not only controls the execution device to complete the task of fabric setting,but also transmits the collected execution device data to the host machine,so the lower computer control system is divided into a hot air box module,a stenting module,a stretching module,a secondary training module,a report query module,a process parameter setting module.According to the function of the hot air box module,the hot air box is divided into a heating submodule and a air box mobile submodule.According to the function of the stenting module,the stenting module is divided into a tenter submodule,a swing head submodule,a overfind submodule and an encoding device submodule.According to the function of the stretching module,the stretching module is divided into driving roller submodule and stretching roller submodule.The eleven modules mentioned above were designed on the Omron Programmable Logic Controller.In order to ensure the speed and reliability of the communication of the control system of the setting machine,this paper selects Sysmac OPC Server as the communication method of the host computer control system and lower computer control system,and selects Profibus-DP as the communication method between the master stastion and slave station of the lower computer.The feasibility of the design scheme has been verified through laboratory tests and work site tests.After the design was completed,repeated testing and experiments on the setting machine confirmed that the developed setting machine control system has the advantages of high precision,rich functions and stable operation.The designed control system of the setting machine can heat set various fabrics of different sizes,which is convenient to operate and greatly improves the level of automation of the heat setting machine.
