Power-spinning, as a kind of spinning technology, is usually used in aerospace and military industry widely. In spinning process, machining parameters are adopted by workers'experience, and pre-producing is necessary and results in much cost and time. In the process of pre-producing, every process parameter is tested till the result quality is satisfied. Nowadays, as the computer numerical simulation technology is developing, using finite element analysis technology to simulate the spinning process, which can be used as a guide to choose process parameter of spinning, is to reduce the produce cost and improve the quality. In this paper, the finite element analysis of the process power-spinning is carried out and the effection of process parameters on spinning quality is favorable. The main work is as follows:Firstly, spinning process is introduced, including choosing material, shape control, equipment style and so on. Then the different invalidations are analyzed and the basic process styles in spinning process are referred, especially multi-spinning and power-spinning style and choosing machining parameters in different spinning style are discussed.
