There are problems for producing strong acid water by using single cavity or double_ cell electrolyzer, which are commonly used now. These problems are that the adjust of the salt concentration in the water for electrolysis is difficult during the production process and the production process is unable carried out continuously.Therefore according to the principle and mechanism of electrolysis theory, three-cell structure was proposed, The design of three-cell structure, the electrode material, antion and cation exchange membrane, the calibration and measuring principles of the electric potential of oxidizing and reducing were analyzed.Based on the results get above, a model typed three-cell electrolyzer for producing strong oxidized water has been designed and manufactured. The distance of electrode pairs, the concentration of salt water solution in the three-cell electrolyzer and the voltage between electrodes were discussed during experiments with this kind device. Depended on the results of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, the optimum processing parameters for producing strongly oxidized water under the constant flow condition were obtained, e.i. when the distance of electrode pairs is 10cm, the concentration of NaCl is random and the voltage for electrolysis is 32V., the efficiency for producing strong oxidized water with this kind device is the highest.Depended on the research of the model typed three-cell electrolyzer, the mechanism of strong oxidized water making with...
