Jigging is one of the most important methods in separation coal, is the primary measure to economize coal energy sources, and is the request of the continuable development stratagem. The paper expounds the coal delamination and separation in jigging process according to 140 years research of jigging progress. And we improve the intrinsic discharge equipment on basis of the tree elementary principles of the separated products.Discharge device are very important part of the jigger. The precision of grading is relation of grade specific gravity and measure of ultimately discharge of products. If the machine is improper to discharge, and can bring over-thick or empty of bed-floor, so, can emerge disturbance of classified materiel and affect effect of grade. So, reformation of discharge devices of jigger is necessary to coal process.We design the novel system used for jig material discharge device fit with an adjustable shovel plate, and the plate can act to partition forcedly coal groups in discharge end, and we design a kind of micro-adjust machine to the plate with Y radial on-line ash detector to clean coal and DK-YZ type electric control hydraumatic drive machine. So the plant can ensure the quality and increase productive rate of fine product, and increase economic profitWe build all solid models of the parts and assemblies of discharge system with 3D software SolidWorks, and analyze situation in act of force of parts with COSMOSXpress and simulate and check movement or interferences of machine with COSMOSMotion tooL Then we gain easily the manufacture map of parts.
