| In order to solve the deficiencies of heavy quality, difficult maintenance and brittle bulb in traditional lead-acid miner's lamp, as well as the inefficient and chaotic charging method of miner's lamp and miners' attendance management, the thesis proposes a new miner's lamp plan by employing polymer lithium ion battery as power source and high-power LED as the light source. Besides, the thesis also focuses on the design of intelligent attendance management system based upon lamp-charging rack, the data-acquisition circuit of miner's lamp state as well as the information management system based upon the miner's lamp charge. The research and design work are as follows:1) A scientific and detailed analysis is conducted to the components of light source and light power of miner's lamp, and an improvement design by using closed LED as light source and polymer lithium ion battery as power source is introduced. In virtue of the above improvement, power consumption of the miner's lamp is reduced, its weight decreased and the security of the miner's lamp is also improved.2) A research on the data acquisition system of the miner's lamp charging is done and a circuit which is capable of judging the state-of-charge of the miner's lamp is thereafter designed, which solves monitoring problem during the charging process of the batteries. At the same time, the data-acquisition circuit of charging rack and the data communication method of PC is studies. In order to realize the data communication between PC and multiple charge racks, the system adopts RS-485 as communication bus, and proposes the new communication method and protocols for multiple PC owners, the design gives a good solution to the problem of monitoring and detection during the miner's lamp battery charging.According to the detailed survey for the customer's demand, the management system is designed to divide into three parts: miner's lamp equipment management, system management and staff management. A new information management system about the miner's lamp and his work attendance is developed. The management efficiency is raised greatly due to the system integrates lamp management and attendance record. |
