In recent years, bamboo leaves as new resource were researched hotly. There were a lot of active substances beneficial to body health, such as bioactive polysaccharides, flavonoids. Most researches of bamboo leaves were focused on extracting solution and flavonoids extracted from them, few were reported on polysaccharides extracted from bamboo leaves, and getting polysaccharides and flavonoids in the same plants and recycling the dregs also were not reported. Furthermore, fewer researches on pilot extracting on bioactive substance of bamboo leaves which been utilized adequately and without the rubbish of industrial waste gas, waste water and waste solid. In order to provide stabile theoretical foundation for large-scale industrialized production of polysaccharides and flavonoids from moso bamboo leaves, pilot tests were carried based on results of doing experiments, and research the extracting ratio of polysaccharides and flavonoids from moso bamboo leaves in the different factor at normal pressure and vacuum, including the solid-liquid ratio, the concentration of ethanol, extracting time and times. The optimum of extracting polysaccharides from moso bamboo leaves was as follows: vacuum was 0.05 0.06 MPa, extracting temperature was 80℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1:30, extracting time was 2h, two times extracting. The purity of polysaccharides, deposited by ethanol, was 12.4%. The purity of polysaccharides which was removed proteins by the method of Sevag. The optimum of extracting flavonoids from moso bamboo: vacuum was 0.050.06MPa, extracting temperature was 63℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1:30, extracting time was 4h, one extracting time, 70% ethanol, and the purity of flavonoids was 23.1 %. In order to obtain more purer polysaccharides from moso bamboo leaves, and could apply them to the healthy food and medication, in which the colour and purity were high request, the bleaching of polysaccharides from moso bamboo leaves was must. Polysaccharides were bleached by resins and H2O2 for the first time, respectively. Five resins were used to bleach polysaccharides, the best resin for bleaching was D392, with 66.63% bleaching rate and 62.18% holding rate. According to single side and orthogonal experiments, the optimization of bleaching polysaccharides by H2O2 was: the dosage of H2O2 was 50%,reactiong temperature was lOh, with 69.1% bleaching rate and 73.5% holding polysaccharides rate.To get physical and chemical characters and components of polysaccharides from moso bamboo leaves, Polysaccharides solution, extracted from: moso bamboo leaves in pilot...
