Injection molding is one of the important methods for polymer processing. Vented injection molding machine could remove the moisture and gas damaging product quality in exterior and interior of materials during their plasticizing process. At present, the application of vented injection molding machine are becoming wider abroad than that of home, which blocks advancement of our plastic industry to some extent. Thus it has necessary and practical meaning to study the subject.By means of the theory of vented extrusion with the characteristics of vented injection molding, the studies were completed about devolatilizing(DV) theory of the vented injection molding machine, melt process of the first stage and output of the two-stage vented screw. The study prove that the DV process in a vented injection molding machine is foam-enhanced where the diffusion theory plays the role of a nucleus, and the foam forming is based on metastable cavity model; The plastics process in one-stage vented screw is a extrusion process related to time, and is determined by rotating time and pause time of vented screw.Vented screw is very important during design of vented injection...
