Extraction methods and process for effective components of Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino were studied and compared, respectively. An Extraction equipment be fit for extracting effective components from natural plants was designed and manufactured, The optimum extraction condition on extracting Ginsenosides by the equipment were studied and obtained, and the extracted liquid of Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino was separated and purified by Membrane in the first time. The main work as follows: The technologcial conditions that extracting effective components form Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino by Water soaking, Microwave and Ultrasonic Wave. The factor affect on extraction ration, such as ratio between material and solvents, eatraction temperature, extraction time and power of microwave and ultrasonic wave were investigated by means of single factor and orthogonal experiments and the optimum extraction condition was determined; In order to treat with a number of disadvantages in extracting, such as extraction yield and efficiency low, lacking continuity of production and effective components were destroy serious, we designed an extraction equipment, which apply microwave, ultrasonic wave and dynamic countercurrent to extracting procession, and the optimum extraction condition was determined; The experiment of separation and purification Ginsenosides were studied by Membrane separation technique, and the optimal craft condition were obtained. The main results obtained are as follows.1. Different extraction methods had significant effect on extraction ration of the effective components from Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino, the microwave, ultrasonic wave and dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment had the highest extraction ration with 33.98% of water-solubility components, the second higher is Water soaking with 25.31%, the third higher is Microwave with 22.78% and the smallest was Ultrasonic Wave with 21.83%.2. Different extraction methods had significant effect on extraction productivity of the effective components from Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino, taken 20.0% extraction ration of water-solubility components as standard, the ultrasonic wave and the microwave, ultrasonic wave and dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment had the least time with 20min, the second less is microwave with 40min, and the most is water soaking with 60min. 3. The optimum extraction condition by the microwave, ultrasonic wave and dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment were: ratio between material and solvents 1:25, extraction temperature is 70~0C, extraction time is 40min, frequency of host machine is 12.89Hz and frequency of feed-in machine is 10.35Hz. Experiments show that this equipment may be effectively extracting effective components from a lot of natural plants.4. Ginsenosides can be separated and purified by Membrane separation technique effectively, if the type, aperture and craft condition of Membrane were chosen befitting, the goal of separation and purification may be obtained. The experiment on separating and purifying Ginsenosides by combine Ceramic Membrane, Ultrafiltration Membrane with Nanofiltration Membrane were researched, the water-solubility components is 5. 87%, the Ginsenosides in solid matter is 40.57%.The innovation of this paper is that extracting the effective components from Gynostemma Pentaphyplum Makino by microwave, ultrasonic wave and dynamic countercurrent combination technology, and the extraction equipment were design and manufacture; the separation and purification technology by membrane technique were researched.
