Foamed aluminum is a kind of porous metallic material that has extensive application. Its excellent properties and applied prospects have drawn attention of technologists.In this paper, foamed aluminum of molding will be produced by directed foamed ways. In 640 "C~720℃, alloy of Al has a certain character of flow, and can be made a certain shape. In the help of the foaming agent TiH2, foamed aluminum of molding will be produced by the technology of foaming-molding. The samples are melted in the mold, then foaming after adding of foaming agent TiH2. The gases which are released by TiH2 begin to swell in melted aluminum gradually, a certain shape foamed aluminum can be made by filling in mould model . Analysis a series of ingredient influencing pores, for example different TiH2 content, stirring time on the pore constructer, the foaming temperature, heat preservation time. Repetition of foamed aluminum can be researched. Through analysis, the best technologic parameter can be sure. Seeing the section of sample, the influence of technologic parameter to structure of pores is analyzed. The analytic result indicate that the excellent technologic parameter manufacturing foamed aluminum of symmetrical pore is 0.8% TiH2, 700℃ heating temperature, 3min stirring time,5min heat preservation time.The thesis research foamed aluminum in practice and theory, improve country standard in foamed aluminum. Boost process in research about foamed aluminum machining, and provide date for industrialize about foamed aluminum.
