With the rapid development of our country's new high-tech industry, especially the information technology, the application of precision plastic products are becoming more and more widely, the result is that the plastic injection molding machines are developing rapidly as one of the most important plastic molding equipments. But in our country the frame of plastic injection molding machines are not reasonable, 50% of the market is ruled by foreign countries. The reason for this is that the domestic companies have not pay attention to the research of all-electric injection molding machines. At the same time, the traditional hydraulic injection machines are prevalent in our market, bur they have a lot of disadvantages, such as, high energy losses, the oil pipeline leakage polluting the environment, and the working noise is too louder, etc.. So in this paper, we study the all-electric injection molding machines deeply, pointing out three kinds of new-type all-electric clamping project for injection machine, and through analysis of performance, dynamics, and speed, find the result of the second type has the advantage of simple, energy- conservation, high accuracy, and low noise, so it has a optimistically market.At present, in some domestic companies, most research work depends on the experience, and ignores the effect of clamping project error to accuracy. Aiming at these problems, this paper studies how the original error affects the accuracy, works out its allowable values, and finds out the equation between friction of pins and clamping force. In order to compare the stress and displacement of every part in the working course clearly, this study adopts the method of partial analysis following the whole analysis, and uses the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, ANSYS, to carry out the whole static analysis at first, then find out the parts which have maximal displacement and maximal stress, making fatigue analysis to the stress concentration parts in ANSYS.Because the structure of front platen is complicated, and its strengthen muscles arrange in all kinds of forms, in order to find out the best material configuration method, and improve its intensity and rigidity, in this paper, we analyzed the front platen using topological optimization method of ANSYS, based on which...
