Advanced resin matrix composite materials have been widely applied in aviation and aerospace fields for their excellent performance.Because filament winding forming technology of composite materials have a characteristic of once-for-all forming with continuous filament and high strength,so it has an outstanding advantage in technical and economical competences.The shape of filament winding products have been evolved from simple axial symmetrical to complicated axial-asymmetrical and irregular as the application fields of composite materials expand in recent years.In order to complete such complex and heterotypic wares,research work should be carried out in two aspects.One is the numerical control system of filament winding machine,it needs the numerical control system of filament winding machine has enough flexibility,namely, it must have a good ability of reconfiguration.The other aspect is how to set up the mathematical model of filament winding forming movements and how to set up the movement equation of the machine tool and also the post-processing of filament path.This thesis focused on the reconfigurable numerical control system of six-axis filament winding machine.Divided the whole numerical control system of filament winding machine into several parts,such as display,system diagnosis,parameter set,motion control and so on.In order to acquire the reconfiguration of the numerical control system of filament winding machine and the easy-test characteristic of the software,I applied the Microsoft's COM technology which is the popular technology of the development of numerical control system,while most of our country's researches just focus on the notion of COM,so few of our researches has been realized in NC.Developed a new interface using Visual C++ which now has become more beautiful and easy-operate.The application program and back program consists of the design of high-accuracy timer,communication program between PMAC and IPC,communication program between PLC and IPC and also the whole motion...
