| LS-WEDM plays an important role in the field of high-precision mould manufacture, shaped tool machining, hard-machined material and the machine of precise complex part. As the central part of the LS-WEDM machine, the performance of the CNC system decides the machine result directly. This paper studies the software of the up-system in CNC, combined with the R&D project of the LS-WEDM machine.Base on a large amount of materials, the paper has analyzed the development of control system for LS-WEDM all over the world. Has designed the software structure of system, combined with the enterprise's requirement. And divided the software function into modules.The paper has designed every modules of the software. Developed a multi-UI includes program edit, parameter setting, positioning and program machining. Developed the function like file operation, graph simulation and etc. After studied the data pretreatment methods and compared between with them, has developed the interpret module. It can find some common errors. The interpret module can pick up the useful data information from program and prepare for cutter compensation.Study the dot-comparison in pulse increment and develop the line and arc interpolation. Has improved the correspond function, based on the double planes control of 4-axis linkage. For the workpiece which has taper, has controlled the interpolation between two planes successfully. At last, paper has studied the multithreading and serial communication, and introduced the technical database and dynamic curve. |
