Using the visual techniques to solve this problem is a very good idea.In this study, facing the research actuality and development trend of the molding process of injection molding product, former experimental research results of molding process is analyzed and concluded, and especially on the basis of research of injection molding process in use of visual technology, and considering our existing processing equipment and laboratory equipment, we design and manufacture a visual mold for the experimental injection molding. Firstly, this study has a detailed analysis and comparison of the existing visual design project for the experimental mold, and concludes the characteristic and shortage of experimental mold, and selects a suitable mold design project, and also does the elementary structural design.Secondly, in the process of manufacturing and assemblying, and after several experiments, This study also constantly revises and improves the structure of the mold. For example, it includes the revise of shape of front quartz glass and the region of filling in cavity.Then, using the moldflow software, the flow simulation of molding process is done, the flow simulation includes the process of flowing through the injection molding the gate,the runner, the total mold cavity, until the end of packing.
