The project of small hydropower replacing firewood for ecology protection(SHPF)is a public interests project that consolidate the achievements of returning farming land to forestry ,and solve the problem of fuel for people life.At present,the experiment unit work of SHPF project is just start,so it has very important academic value and practical meaning.This thesis use the technical route that combine the theoretic research and case analysis,take the magedang in shanxi province as a example to make a deep study in four aspects: evaluation on the effect of SHPF to rural sustainable development,zoology footprint,comprehensive economic evaluation, emploder dynamic simulation.The main achievement are as follow:(1)This thesis studies the relative weight of each evaluation index systerm of riral sustainable development and SHPF,found the evaluate systerm and model for measure renewable resources to sustainable development.Take the magedang experimental area as example showed that accelerating the constrction of SHPF has important meaning to enhance rural economic development,society advance and improvement of ecological environment.(2)Through the basic concept and hypothesis, establishing the zoology footprint model based on the land classification for zoology footprint biology.By analysis the index of zoology footprint,we abtained that small hydropower is the best clean energy in magedang expermental area.(3)This thesis discussses the comprehensive economic evaluation method of SHPF ,which classified three part including ecology economic evaluation,financal economic evaluation and national economic evaluation.Take the magedang experiment area as example showed that SHPF has great ecological benefit and enhancing it sustainable coordinated development.The project is reasonable in economy and has prominent ecological benefit,management organization not only can maintain operation,but also can get some benefits,so this project is feasible.(4)This thesis studied the simulation of SHPF development use dynamic method and established the systerm dynamics model. Based on the analysis of affected ranges and cause and effect feedback relationship,determinating four major cause and effect feedback circuit,and six subsystem specific systerm dynamics flow diagram model.The model applieded in magedang and result shown that the rural family life consumption structure can be optimized.Systerm dynamics theory is an effective method to study theevaluation of SHPF development plan.
